We had a wonderful experience with Coast Factory Blinds! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Oscar was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the best blinds for our home without ever making us feel pressured. We were also impressed with how quickly everything was completed. Our blinds were measured, ordered, and professionally installed within just two weeks. My 90 year old mother needed to get new blinds and she saw an ad for Coast Factory Blinds in her local paper in Laguna Woods. Aldo answered the call and we set up an appointment to see what options he provided. Samples were brought and my mom picked out what she wanted. Aldo measured the windows and two weeks later he and his helper installed the blinds in two of her bedroom windows. February 1, 2024, after 5 months of getting various quotes from five different companies and contractors who told us that shutters for our enclosed sunroom patio wouldn't work, this company was able to do shutters which was our first choice over cellular shades. We tried getting shutters from retail stores. They were arrogant and pushy. Telling us what we wanted. We called Coast Factory Blinds after our neighbor recommended them. They came promptly and asked us what we wanted and showed what they had that would work for us. We made our decision and they wrote up the order. I called them for a consultation and was impressed by all the options they provided. It was as if I went to a store except i was in my living room. The prices came up surprisingly cheaper than Home Depot and Costco. They took 2 weeks and the shades look great. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend these guys.
